Before You Leave:
Kindly return all props and furniture to their original setup so the next guest enjoys the same lovely experience.

Booking Time:
Your booking starts and ends at your scheduled time. If you need extra minutes to set up or pack away, please include that in your booking to avoid overtime charges.

Products & Sprays:
Please avoid using body oils, self-tanners, or sprays that may stain fabrics or furniture.

No Smoking or Vaping:

Our studio is a smoke-free space — thank you for keeping it fresh and clean.
Noise : To respect our neighbors, live bands or loud performances aren’t permitted as our space isn’t soundproof. Kindly keep volume at a considerate level.
To maintain our furnishings, please avoid using confetti, glitter, popping champagne, alcohol, or fake tan inside the studio.

Products & Sprays:

Please avoid using body oils, self-tanners, or sprays that may stain fabrics or furniture.
Nudity isn’t permitted in the studio.
No food, makeup, pens, markers, ink, drinks, or other staining materials are allowed on the couches or armchairs.

Equipment Use:
Please use all equipment provided with care. You will be charged for any damages to our equipment. Please ensure 2 persons lift the furniture when moving them. Studio must be left the way you met it.

Please DO MOVE THE LARGE MIRROR with care , you will be charged for any damages on our equipments

Please adhere to our rules and policies whilst using our studio.

Please clean up after your studio session. You will be charged £40 cleaning fee if you leave the studio in an unacceptable condition.
